when you repair  LCD monitor of Benq,HP or Dell LCD  (E173Fpb and more model see below ). you may like to know that most of the power blinking problem of TFT-LCD screen was due to a shorted C5707 transistor.

This C5705 ( 2Sc5707)  transistor is located nearby the high voltage transformer, Works with 48.LIG02.A01 inverter boards and other various power supply boards.and when it have dry joints, the push pull transistor C5707 would go shorted.
